    TEA TALK

    • Our tea is responsibly sourced from some of the most renowned estates worldwide, ensuring each sip embodies the rich traditions and flavors of its origin. From delicate whites to robust blacks, every cup connects you to nature's finest.

    • It’s all in the processing! Black teas are fully oxidized, green teas are unoxidized, white teas are minimally processed, oolongs are partially oxidized, and herbal teas are infusions made from herbs, flowers, or spices.

    • Each tea has its own sweet spot for temperature and steeping time. Check the label or our Brewing Guide for the best results.

    • Keep your tea in an airtight container, away from light, moisture, and strong odors, for ultimate freshness and flavor.

    • Yes! Select your favorite teas and have them delivered every 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks. Change or cancel anytime—it’s that easy.

    • Yes! Many of our teas, especially oolongs and whites, are great for multiple steeps, each one revealing new flavors.

    • Our herbal teas, like Washington State Peppermint and Organic Rooibos Chai, are naturally caffeine-free—perfect for relaxing.

    • Fruity teas like Mango Ceylon or floral options like Jasmine Pearls are fantastic iced. Brew them strong, chill, and enjoy!
