SHIPPING POLICY

Coffee, tea and other items are shipped no later than the following day after you place an order. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped out on Monday. 



If you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. All orders are shipped via UPS/ USPS. UPS requires a physical address for delivery. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If you are unable to receive UPS / USPS delivery service, please call customer service at 1.800.605.4008.



DELIVERY OPTIONS

Delivery charges are computed in real time and based on the total weight of your order, the products destination and the delivery service selected.

Standard Ground
 - FREE SHIPPING

Standard Ground shipping is available to all 50 states. Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping will ship the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via Standard Ground typically arrive in 3 to 8 business days.


UPS 2nd Day Air


UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. UPS 2nd Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes. Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air shipping will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air typically arrive in two (2) to three (3) business days.

International Delivery

SHIPPING SAVER TIPS

Order more than one pound of coffee per shipment
. Shipping and handling costs for 2 pounds of coffee is nearly the same as 1 pound. As all coffee is shipped within 24 hours of being roasted, coffee will remain fresh in its sealed bag for up to six weeks.
 Avoid P.O. Box Delivery
. It costs less to ship to a physical mailing address than to a P.O. Box. If possible, enter a physical mailing address and not a P.O Box address.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS

Receive free shipping on all retail orders.
 Avoid Saturday Delivery. 
Saturday delivery is available for all UPS deliveries but is more expensive than deliveries made Monday through Friday.

RETURN & PRIVACY POLICY

Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea is committed to our customer’s satisfaction and will make every effort to meet your expectations.
 If you receive an incorrect item or receive a damaged item on arrival, please contact customer service immediately and we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and expedite a replacement order within one business day.


For all other order inquiries, please contact customer service so we can quickly make things right. 
Please note: If you return items without contacting customer service first, you may be subject to paying the return shipping costs.
