    DESCRIPTION

    This is a Jade Oolong from SunPoKung, in the Nantou district of Taiwan. This year's oolong was plucked in February of 2024. The tea is very aromatic due to a unique solar withering process. The oolong is fired then rolled in canvas bags until the tea leaves form tight pearls. The flavor is sweet, delicate, reminiscent of the Ginger Lily flower. The body is complex with overtones like that of spring flora. Make sure to taste over multiple infusions.

    HOW TO BREW

    For Oolong Tea

    1. Measure 1.5 tsp (3g) of oolong tea per 8 oz cup.
    2. Boil water to 190-195°F (88-90°C).
    3. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
    4. Remove leaves and enjoy.
    5. Yields 4-5 steeps.

    Orders are shipped via Standard Ground and typically arrive in 2 to 7 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (unless it's a powder day in which case - you get it).

    If you're local, or visiting town, pickup can be arranged from our Roastery Cafe (23698 US Highway 24, Minturn CO) typically within 24 hours. Just make sure you select that option at checkout.
